The RSPN in Thimphu would like to invite bidders to bid for the following announcement.

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Printing of books

1. Purpose 

The purpose of this task is to print the following books:

1. Follow that Stream handbook 
2. The Environmental Education Guide book 
3. Smart Living Tips
4. Explore Phobjikha

1. Documents requirement: 

The Bidders are required to submit the following documents: 

1. Valid Trade License 
2. Samples of previous
3. Duly filled quoted rate 

1. Product deliverables
2. The firm shall deliver the following products based on the details provided:

The printed products shall deliver to RSPN office to Ms. Khachi Wangmo, Project Officer, Conservation and Sustainable Livelihood Division.  

4. Terms of payment

The final payment shall be made only after the successful completion of the printing works and satisfactorily accepted the products by RSPN. No advances shall be entertained.

  5. Task engagement

The printing work shall be assigned for 30 days from the issuance of the work order.

1. Rights

RSPN reserves the right to reject or terminate quoted bid.
