Notice Inviting Tender for Construction of Forest Outpost cum Residential in Rameychen

Royal Society for Protection of Nature invites sealed bids from eligible Bhutanese contractors having valid Class “D” license with W3 category registered with Construction Development Board.

1. Name of work

Construction of Forest Outpost cum residential in Rameychen, Phobji Geog, Wangduephodrang.

2. Completion time:

6 (six) months from notification date of work order

3. Cost of document:

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the Executive Director, RSPN during office hours upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Nu. 500/- (Ngultrum five hundred) only.

4. Bid security:

l Not less than 2% of quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft/Cash Warrant/Bank Guarantee as per sample format enclosed in the bidding documents from recognized financial institution prepared in favour of Executive Director, RSPN.

5. Date for sale of document:

14th March (Monday), 2011 to 15th April (Friday) 2011

6 Date for submission of document:

The last date for submission of sealed bids is on 15^th April, 2011 (Friday) before 12:30pm

7. Date for opening of bids:

The sealed bids will be opened in the Conference Hall, RSPN Head Office, Thimphu on 15th April, 2011 at 15:00hrs in the presence of intending bidders and tender committee.

Bidders may obtain further information from Administration and Finance Coordinator, RSPN contact no. 02-322056/326130.

The RSPN will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of bids.

Intending bidders should visit the site on their own cost before filling and submission of tender  document. The bidders must submit only the required document.
