Call for Entries to Bhutan Conservation Film Festival 2015

In commemoration of the 60th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck, Royal Society for Protection of Nature (RSPN) will be organizing the first ever conservation film festival in Thimphu from August 31 to September 4, 2015.

We are, therefore, pleased to invite submission of entries for documentaries from Bhutanese film makers.

We will select best 10 entries environment-related films to be screened for the public. The entries should fulfill the following criteria:

  • Only one documentary/film from one producer.
  • The documentary film should be on environmental themes.
  • The medium of language should be either in Dzongkha or English with subtitles.
  • It must be in HD and 16:9 format.
  • Maximum duration of the film must not be more than 45 minutes.

A memento and certificate will be awarded to all selected entries for the festival.
